Your Eating Plan
I reckon most of you will have a six pack but they cannot be seen because a small layer of fat is making them invisible. You may not be aware that doing your daily activities is working your abs and the foundation is there already. The tricky part is to get rid of the layer of fat. That will only be acheived by cutting out the food that is no good for you. You know what I mean there. I am not a dietician so I will not go into a list of good foods. You know the difference.
